I know what it feels like to doubt everything within you.
In my early twenties, I found myself wrapped up in a toxic religious group. Through years of spiritual manipulation and abuse, my inner voice was consistently worn down until there was nothing left. Even years after fleeing this oppressive environment, I still couldn’t hear myself. I didn’t know what I needed, what I wanted, let alone know how to make decisions.
When astrology found me, everything changed. Finally, I had a map leading me home to my authentic self. I spent years intellectually studying and practicing astrology only to find myself in a similar position—outsourcing my inner knowing to an external system. I knew something had to change, so I began experimenting. What started as a random journal entry became my go-to practice for quieting the noise and getting clarity on anything at any time.
I began journaling with the planets, talking to them as if they were wise parts of myself. As I brought these parts out of the shadows and asked them to speak, I noticed that they were bursting at the seams to help me. My hands cramped from writing so fast for so long—each page overflowing with precious insight.
I’ve used this practice (I call it Planet Channeling) ever since to make life-changing decisions, navigate my business, or simply receive daily encouragement and direction.
